Toby Nelson Dermatology

I decided to visit Dr Toby Nelson at Wood Medispa after the thoughts of a very long wait on the NHS sent my anxiety into over drive. This turned out to be a great decision as on arriving at the beautiful Manor House & stunning gardens my mind was taken off my worries. I was seen promptly by Dr Nelson & he instantly reassured me & clearly explained things. We decided on doing a quick biopsy there & then, he was caring & gentle & I didn't feel a thing! After weeks of anxiety & worry I left feeling a lot more positive. I would not hesitate on returning to Wood Medispa in the future all the staff I encountered were lovely & I highly recommend any consultation or treatment with the wonderful Dr Toby Nelson.

My son has had a rare form of acne for several years and after several visits to the local GP and various treatments nothing worked. We visited Wood Medi Spa to have a consultation and found Toby to be extremely helpful and friendly and after two months my son is now acne free and feeling fabulous.

I have had a mole removed by Toby this week, what a comfortable and stress free experience, right from the first point off contact arranging the initial consultation down to having the procedure done. Toby and his team are all very professional and you get the feeling your needs and concerns matter Toby did not rush any off the visits he throughly explained everything. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a similar procedure done. Thank you Toby and team.

I saw Dr Nelson recently for the removal of a large lump on my upper arm. The whole experience was so much better than I was imagining! He was totally professional and put me at ease immediately. He numbed the area so that I didn't feel a thing, and understood fully that I would want the smallest scar possible; being in an area that would be exposed when wearing short sleeves etc. The incision He made was tiny and he was meticulous in ensuring that the excess tissue was removed painlessly and fully. He gave me small, dissolvable stitches and the finished opening was so discreet and neat, that I just couldn't have asked for better! I'm thrilled with my results! I would 100% recommend Dr Nelson to anyone thinking of having any skin treatments. You will be in safe hands! Thank you so much Dr Toby!
