        Had a fantastic time at the Pastry Bench. We had a lesson in making macarons and choux buns. I'd always been a bit scared to make macarons before but Keisha made it so straight forward. I will definitely be making them again, and some really handy tips for making choux buns followed by a delicious afternoon tea. Would thoroughly recommend whether you're an accomplished Baker or a complete novice.

        We had a couple of deliveries during lockdown and so with Mothers Day coming up I immediately thought of the pastry bench. Savoury brioche at lunch on the day of delivery. Delicious cruffin treat for me on Mothers Day. Im sure that the cruffins were even better than last time!
