        Im currently in the process of completing my Level 3 in Team Leadership with Zenith. The overall experience Ive had has been very positive, Ive gained additional skills, techniques and processes which have been exercised in my current job role in Management. My trainer Liz is excellent, throughout the whole journey Liz has used her expertise and wealth of knowledge to mentor me, ultimately allowing me to adapt and grow as an individual for my career ahead. Im greatly appreciative of Lizs efforts to make my experience a special one and believe this shouldnt go unnoticed.

        I have been training with Liz on my Level 3 qualification, the support I have received has been professional, in this current situation we have adapted our learning style to ensure the NVQ was able to continue, and we can work towards the completion date set before covid was even here. Thank you to all involved, and I hope to continue my training and complete this soon
