        Walked in 7am couple days ago only wanyed a paper 2 customers waiting assistant had back to us all must have heard people in shop she just turned round left us standing went in the back. 2 people left left there goods on counter so lost them i was in shop 7mins in total just for a daily paper. Seems like this most mornings

        Most staff in there are friendly ,but today I was served by a miserable lady in her late 40s early 50 s with over processed bleached shoulder length hair I walked in said hello to have her glare at me with a face on her. I asked her for what I wanted they were tossed on counter no communication whatsoever from her still at this point ! So I ask how much and tell her Im paying by card pay still being polite as I am always ( cost nothing to be kind and friendly ) I say goodbye and still nothing !!! What a miserable git she was ppl like her should NOT work with the public

        Provides the invaluable public service of enabling the alcoholism of the local community, at both a reasonable price and a (presumably) decent profit. I cannot tell you how many times this place has benefited from my anxiety induced panic purchases of cider, whilst on the way to the in-law's house, just to get me through. Capitalism at it's finest.
