        Lovely customer service every time for my elderly parent. The guy who has helped her each time is friendly, patient and very helpful. Wish all phone stores could be like that. Less techy for old folks

        Terrible customer service. Not great product knowledge. Asked them to order a phone for me which the manager replied that she couldnt and that she would not know when it would arrive... website states 3 working days? Clearly did not want to help. I've travelled an extra 3.8 miles and got excellent customer service from the Sunderland branch. Would recommend the Sunderland branch until this store has retrained themselves with how to treat customers, and how to retain customer retention.

        Don't use this store. They will take your money and not deliver your goods Then you will have to fight for it back. Nasty horrible manager needs sacking. I had to call the police.
