After wanting to take up running for many years I was lucky enough to find Run Eat Sleep. The members of this group are so supportive and encouraging, Luke is such a supportive coach no matter where you are in your running journey. I would highly recommend joining RES it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

A great running group with a variety of runs each night of the week so good if you have a busy schedule. I have improved my times considerably in the past month and enjoy the scenic routes along the coast. Luke always organizes the routes well and I'm now building a good knowledge of local running routes.

Ive been a member of Run Eat Sleep (RES) for a few years now. A very supportive running group for all abilities and ages. Luke is an experienced coach and sessions are designed to challenge both capable runners and beginners on mixed terrain with a choice of several sessions during the week. RES organises some great events too. A friendly group - give it a try!

I was looking for a running group where I could be a part of something that would challenge, motivate and support me. Run Eat Sleep does all of that and Luke offers a fully inclusive, supportive and welcoming group of runners. Everyone is so friendly and Luke mixes up the group runs to ensure every ability can run together and not feel left out. Luke and the RES members have welcomed me to the group and I'm so glad I joined. My PT sessions with Luke have already seen improvements in my technique and long standing injuries have disappeared under Luke's professional coaching. I would highly recommend Luke and the RES club to anyone who wants to improve on their running or just to get out there and get more miles in their legs, while enjoying some amazing coastal views
