        Wife went today and the feed back is, wont be returning. Male staff members attitude was appalling and not helpful. When leaving made a comment WHY DONT YOU JUST SHOOT YOUR HORSE ITLL BE CHEAPER, disgraceful.

        We always use PelletCo for our fuel for our biomass boiler, they are always fair on price and the customer service from Carolyn is always beyond expectations.

        Tried pellet co for the first time last week. Carolyn in the office couldnt have been more helpful. I was desperate so she arranged a next day delivery which was also a Saturday. The pellets are good quality and a better price than my previous very unreliable supplier. Will definitely order from here next time

        I have used other suppliers in the past but none can match the service given by this company. The pellets they supply are the best quality and are a good price, the delivery company they use is outstanding I have had no damaged bags or lost stock at anytime.
