Mandel Shotgun Chokes

Do not buy from this company. Their products and customer service are a joke. I bought a pair of extended 3/8 chokes and during their first outing they failed causing my barrels to become irreparably damaged. At my own expense I got a gunsmith to cut off the choke section and courier it to them for investigation, they received the parts 20/12/22 and I was told I would hear back from them after about a month. I still have not had an explanation, refund or compensation for my damaged gun. Because of the damage caused by their product I've had to purchase a new gun, so I'm now down the cost of the chokes, two guns, gunsmith fees and shipping fees totaling around 2000. Every attempt at contacting them has resulted in me being either ignored or palmed off with four word responses. This is not what I would expect from a company that describes themselves as a "leading UK supplier of after market shotgun chokes market shotgun chokes carefully designed and precision manufactured". If you are looking for chokes, buy Teague. If Teague doesn't stock your chokes, they will custom make you some. 27/03/23 - Still no update from them.

Bought some extended chokes as a present and the quality of the bores are shocking. Very poor finish and the edges looked to have been deburred with a hand deburrer so badly it had chattered and put deep scratches in the bore. As a Toolmaker, I can confidently advise you to buy higher quality chokes!

Ordered a pallet of clays online on the 21st of November to be told they werent currently stocking them so the order had been cancelled, which was fine. However, the order was not cancelled and they took the money. I have been chasing this for 2 months now. They rarely answer emails, they never answer the phone (calls are screened by saying your name before they choose to answer). The twice that I have had a response, they say, theyll sort it but never been sorted and now, never getting a response/answer from them. I have now put a dispute in with my credit card provider in the hopes of getting somewhere. *Update* I received contact following this review saying there had been illness in the business, that the refund was sorted and they were sorry, Which I was understanding of and said Id remove my review here as I was askedhowever, it took for my own bank to sort it after weeks of waiting yet again. So my review is staying put. Im accepting that human errors/illnesses etc happen but unfortunately they are a business and 600 odd is a lot to be out of pocket with nothing to show for it for the length of time that I was.

bought two chokes, one was wrong choke size, after a phone call to Mike the choke was replaced and I was informed I could keep the other one
