Please pleaseee DO NOT BOOK this place. I am having to chase them to get my own money back. Absolute nightmare. And their customer service is terrible. The lady was so rude the one time they actually answered their phone. Otherwise, they do not answer their calls or it goes straight to voicemail. The place is nothing like the pictures. Youre much better off at a travel lodge or pay a little bit more elsewhere and not have any problems. From when first walk in it to this place it feels SO unsafe. They are just thieves.

We booked 2 apartments in North shields to find the building looked nothing like in the picture at all. It was a absolutely horible rough area surrounded by grimy pubs and drunks around and it was a door between shops that took you through a dark alley way, to a door on the side which had no lock, where u then get 2 apartments. The inside of 1 apartment itself was not bad but stunk of cigarettes.the inside was ok so we stayed even though didn't feel safe,knowing drunks are in the area and the downstairs entry door was open. The 2nd apartment we had booked was horrible. The smell was gross and stale the sofa was not 1 u want to sit on ,1 room had no light bulb and in the end we all ended up sleeping in 1 apartment and not using the 2nd 1 apart ffom fior the bathroom as it was that bad. The customer service was good and we were given contact numbers to message when needed which was OK, but the apartments were not worth what we paid and was realy disappointing. Had it been cleaner and in a better area the stay would haven been much more pleasant but overall really disappointed
