        Lightning strike on house, thought alarm completely finished. Called Sapphire this morning, engineer came this afternoon, fixed the alarm, serviced, new battery, engineer really super courteous and helpful. 12 month maintenance warranty to boot!! All less than 100. Absolutely first class in every way

        Sapphire Security are an exceptional local company in the North East of England. There customer service is second to none, I had issues with my house alarm and the team from Sapphire came across on the same day! They WILL not rip you off, there always polite and prompt. If you are having trouble with your alarm, save your time and contact Sapphire Security Systems and you won't regret it!!
