Horsley Hill Post Office

Took two large parcels that had been labelled incorrectly unknown to myself for return. The attendant in his sarcastic wisdom decided to come out of his box to create a scene in front of several of his customers. He thought he was being funny with his loud remarks about the wrong labelling and weight been incorrectly shown. I was embarrassed by his actions and remarked that if he was finished with his audience how much it would cost to post there at the store. Oh no I couldnt except these youll have to go back to whoever gave you the labels in his rather loud uncouth mannerism. May I remind him that the only fool here was him as his customer service was shocking and if I was his management his feet wouldnt touch the ground. I have arranged for collection by parcel force from my home address. Shame on you.

Denied service by the paranoid older woman operating the till because I had a hat and scarf on (mid-January on a snowy day) and refused to take them off to buy a sandwich. I had just completed a bank transaction no more than 3 yards away at the P.O without a problem, Five stars to the man at that counter always happy, smiling and helpful even at 10am on a Monday morning
