we simply dont agree with the ethics of your businesses. Had we have known that we were expected to pay upwards of 400 before the photoshoot was completed we most certainly would not have attended. To win a competition and then be tricked into paying money is not something we agree with. We think you should be more honest with your participants going forward and send them a copy of your full terms and conditions regarding what you are actually winning. Had we been able to come to a compromise for the digital photographs, we would have certainly considered purchasing them. However we find the price point extremely high considering they are only digitals and only require transferral of files. It truly is a shame as we did a lot of promoting of your page to win the competition, however we reap no actual reward. We appreciate the time you spent photographing our dogs, but we feel you need to be more upfront with the actual costs. This whole experience has left a horrible taste in our mouth and lead to a lot of upset and disappointment.

Thanks for your time, patience and caring she is not a dog that will willing sit facing you to have her photo taken but you manage to take some fantastic shots. It was very difficult to narrow the selection down as they were so many brilliant shots that captured the true her. I am thrilled with my selection and the excellent service you provided. Amazing. The full process of getting our photographs taken was very relaxing. I was a bit concerned as babies are unpredictable but I was put at ease and the results are amazing. I am in love with my family photographs and will definitely be back for more. Thank you!

I am so pleased with the professional headshots Fiona at Purple Pomegranate took for me. I needed new images urgently for a new job and Fiona responded brilliantly. By the time I was back at my desk the images had arrived! She also helped me to relax and look my best during the shoot. I'm delighted and would recommend to everyone. Thank you Fiona!
