Treat recovery patients like second class citizens and shout at customers after ignoring them for 30+ minutes , dangerously understaffed and out right refusal to accommodate based on mental illness ,used to be brilliant but service has tanked over the past 6 months , having been to this pharmacy daily for the past 2 years I can say this with certainty , clearly not fit to run recovery services , caused multiple relapse triggers by doing controlled drugs stock taking whilst dispensing to recovery patients. Decline in service coincides with change of dispensing staff.

Dreadful service, rarely answering phone. you are asked come back on a certain day to collect owing medication, you go back they still don't have medication, so you will have had to go three times or more to get your complete prescription why say come back on a particular day if they are not sure they would have it. Time, effort, and money wasted no explanation, terrible dismissive attitude. Nasty shop manager who has no idea how to deal with customers, Do yourself a favor go to a pharmacy who can give a good service and treat customers correctly.

Service has been slowly going downhill, they ignore patients for extended periods of time and dont even acknowledge theyve walked in a lot of the time, Ive seen them treat recovery patients incredibly poorly and heard of them trying to force one to leave the pharmacy and stand in amongst people who were fighting outside. They dont chase up scripts that dont come in and dont bother to inform the patients in advance either. Really shoddy and poor service and Im glad Im moving and wont have to deal with darlings anymore. Should have left the chain when they banned the physically disabled from entering their galens branch! I should have known then how little they cared for their patients.
