        Absolutely amazing. The care and knowledge shown at my Rex's appointment on Monday was fantastic. His coat was really matted, I'd never been shown how to care for it properly and they showed me, told me how to look after it, advised me on everything I needed to buy to do it right and also defurred Rex so he's comfortable! I'm really grateful. 3rd groomer I've tried in South Shields and it surpassed all expectations. He'll definitely be going back.

        Unfriendly manager, never smiles so miserable. And dragged my dog in by choker lead when he didnt want to go in.
