        Having retired over 2 weeks ago can only agree with the other reviews. Trying to contact through the phone line results in a long wait and when you get through find the information you are given is not followed up on. Website says email pension at South Tyneside and automatic reply says sorry we can't reply to email use the secure pension email. Left 3 emails and received no reply from the secure site. If this is the best they can do then I'm afraid it is not good enough.

        One-star is too good, can't access account, says i've already registered but then doesn't recognise me, going round in circles. Tried to ring, cut me off as too busy. Tried email address, response says can't deal with requests via email. Had sent documents registered post as couldn't upload in account (see above): received 2 reminders as deny receiving these. How are we supposed to proceed??

        Like going back in time such a poor service , no direct email to log query back to the 80s hanging on the line for over an hour with repetitive incorrect waiting time message or send a letter - pathetic
