        Two faced staff, you ring them , they send a form to fill out and ignore you. They said they had a room for me to view , they booked the viewing and ignored me , did not show up neither send the details of the address. Be careful . They sound professional over phone but two faced and unprofessional behind behind your back.

She had me at ease the full way through and it only took 7 weeks to complete. Totally overjoyed with my new home, and couldnt have done it without the girls from browns
