AWFUL RUDE customer service. ABRUPT, rude and pushy. They are happy to leave customers worrying and do nothing to resolve an issue they have caused!!!! I put in an order 5weeks ago, rang back 2weeks later multiple times. Every time the ladies that would answer the phone were with the same RUDE BLUNT respone -if you have not got a call back your orderz not in, what school is it. I would not get a chance even explain how overdue my order is. They were just quick to get you off the phone. I rang back a few more times same rude response but then managed to get my reason across and how overdue my order was, i was promised a call back which i never got. So i rang and spoke to Graham whose response for his rude staff was that they get alot of greif of customers and i explained yes but not all customers are the same, he wasnt listening. He rambled on and on about other schools which was no relevance to why i called, i asked him why could nobody check what status my order was in? He went on to tell me thats because they get loads of customers calling after 24hrs so they dont check! He then went on to say he has no record of the order i made, which i made with him. At this point i was baffled!! I rang multiple times for an update, chasing my order and he just stuck up for his RUDE staff and lack of customer service and offered that i either put another order in or go else where. This place isnt bothered about their customers or care if orders arent processed. I would AVOID going there. Luckily i went to Workwear,ocean road south shields. Who were FANTASTIC and very very polite and lovely.

Exceptional quality and an excellent service, the staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, help is never far away. Very highly recommended.
