        Went to the shop to collect a package delivered there from the courier. The shopkeeper Refused to give me my parcel, which I could see on a shelf, until I gave him a code number which I explained I had not received. Then after frustration and several words and time he checked his machine put a scanner to my parcel then like magic a code appears by text on my phone. Basically the shopkeeper hadn't scanned my parcel on its arrival which is why I didn't have a code His fault. No apologies after realising he hadn't done his job properly and trying to embarrass me in front of another customer and will never use the shop again
