        Paul was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful when I attended for treatment for a calf injury. He worked at getting me back walking pain free quickly. Very pleased with how effective my treatment was. Highly recommend Paul as a practitioner!

        I would highly recommend Pau and Herd Sands without any hesitation . Paul's knowledge and enthusiasm to heal has been a game changer for me. Following weeks of pain, rest, and frustration of an injury not improving, I was recommended that I call Paul. Was amazed at Paul's instant diagnosis of a muscle tear and belief thst he could be back running in a couple of weeks. 2 weeks later, I stated back building up the running, up pain. Game changer! I highly recommend Paul and Herd Sands to help sort anyone struggling with an injury.

        I visited Paul to sort out problems with an old rugby injury to my left shoulder. He identified the issue straight away and treated it accordingly. He also treated my step son regarding his running injury. Paul is very knowledgeable, he was professional and has a lovely calming manner during treatment. Would 100% recommend Herd Sands!
