However frankly rather discrimatory.
Not everyone has a mobile phone. Not everyone can understand the instructions how to pay online nor have the money actually in the bank to pay by debit card.
Please be aware that there is nowhere in that car park where there is a facility to pay cash. At all. Its debit card by phone or nothing.
So yes it discriminates, absolutely.
Using it as parking for the bingo which is located in the Denmark Centre below fine, its free parking as long as you input your registration into the computer at reception in the bingo hall and are a member and attending the bingo.
Otherwise I would strongly suggest using one of the many other council car parks in the town, cheaper and they dont make it impossible to pay if you dont have a mobile phone or prefer to pay in cash as a lot of people do.
