Very helpful assistant but disappointed that they do not have the stock in the shop and have the need to post items out to you. But awkward as I was visiting my daughter from the West Midlands and there was no guarantee that they would arrive before I returned. Bit miffed that you are right expected to pay for postage in order to buy a pair of shoes from a shop. All was sorted out with a discount and shoes sent to my son in West Midlands who received them on the day I was returning back from South Shields.
