        The doctors and nurses in this practice are professional and lovely people however the desk staff can be rude and patronising to patients, even shouting at times, leaving patients on hold whilst others can't get through for even longer periods of time when they sit and chat for a couple of minutes, this can be witnessed everytime you are in the surgery when you are waiting to be seen, which is also usually long periods of time, avoid if you can the receptionists let the team down majorly

        Far too worried about saving money than helping patients and the receptionist are vey condescending and belittling towards patients. Making patients wait for medication when it is needed.
