Dr Haque Surgery

A fantastic surgery. I am so grateful to the GPs and nurse practitioner who have been by my side whenever I've needed them for the past 12 years. They are skilled, empathetic people who always treat me and my family with respect and dignity. The receptionists can sometimes come across as a bit sharp but it's no wonder given how badly some people treat them. I treat them how I'd like to be treated and they have always been fair and helpful.

You receive a text message telling you to telephone them. When you try to phone they fail to answer the call. Leaving you to wait along time. Eventually you have to hang up. Very disappointing.

Can not get through for results of blood test Wed before last at flagg crt keep getting the Voicemail as is said on Wenlock Road number. I am originally Wenlock Road and seems like all GPs must have moved to Flagg crt which do have nicer, friendlier reception so what has happened to our surgery as had to go to flagg crt for Health review and bloods. bloods.problem w

It's so difficult getting an appointment at the surgery. You literally, have to argue to get an appointment. Really disappointing as I had moved from a different surgery because the service was poor. Everything is covid now. Nobody has any other issues. Ridiculous times!
