These people should be reported to trading standards, if not for the absolutely terrible customer service from the owner or manager of this shop but for displaying prices on stock, only to take the items to the till, for the manager to rip the tags off and charge you more as the stock was apparently priced incorrectly. for the record your reply underneath was also incorrect this was not me in your shop as it was actually my wife shopping I am far from aggressive but it's quite obvious someone has had the same issue as my wife. For your information it is illegal to change the price at the till when an item has a lable on stating the price but any half wit manager or owner would know that, no offence intended I have read through your other reviews and your customer values are none existent and your wording comes across as aggressive to say the least. These are people that are putting money in your pocket and with the customer service I have witnessed first hand in your shop last year I feel sorry for your staff who get tared with the same brush.you are a horrible person and do not deserve the custom you have. Unfortunately for South Shields apart from Kay's at the nook there is no other options but I know where we will be going in future. FYI taken off Gov.uk (for the record) You dont have to show particular information on the label for every kind of product, but if you include it you must be accurate. There are special rules for some products, and for retailers. Labels must not be misleading about things like: quantity or size the price ????? what its made of how, where and when it was made what you say it can do the people or organisations that endorse it

If you need uniforms for school then you'll not go wrong by coming here, if they don't have the size your after you can order and they will make them for you.
