Sat in the car waiting for 20 mins while girlfriend in Asda and get a 70 ticket off parking eye through the post! 40 if paid in 28 days Well enjoy your 40 Asda as Ill never step foot in there again or buy diesel so theres about 150 a week youve just lost

Having shopped and parked in a disabled spot with blue badge for years...I shall not be returning. Since the Parking eye has been installed I have received 2 70 fines...for parking in the disabled spot with badge...there is no clear information or guidance on these changes. You are loosing a lot of custo.ers through these fines. Iook forward to your response.

Been there for less than an hour and got a parking fee. Never paid for parking at an Asda before and it wasn't clear that I should pay on this particular one. Will strongly avoid, I felt robbed.

Used to do all our shopping in Shields ASDA. Had a really bad online experience with ASDA during covid (causing my bank card to get frozen and missing out on a food delivery, which was all due to ASDAs operating system for online shopping). It took us a while to go back after covid, but when we did, we found the store not as clean or well organised as before, and quality in general seems to have dropped. Now there's all these problems with parking eye as well - which have hit friends and family. I don't want to shop at Tesco, Morrisons, or Aldi, but they're all better than ASDA now, so what choice is there?
