        Awaiting telephone appointment today from 13:00hrs. I arranged the appointment 2 weeks ago. Now 20:00hrs and no one from the surgery has contacted me. Im a mental health nurse and I took the night off work for this appointment and feel let down. Since Chichester and Farnham merged the service is very poor. No patience care or compassion.

        Called to make an appointment ans was giving a phone call appointment at first but was shortly called back for a face to face appointment as the doctor doesn't do over the phone. Gave me today appointment 2 so called incase I was going to be late to then be told my appointment isn't til the 6th. That's not the appointment I was giving. I will be switching doctors soon
