I bought 2 vouchers to treat 2 special people in my life. The presentation box was split along the back of one and the corner was crunched on other. They were packed liked this, not LUXURY presentation boxes, cheap cardboard, plastic looking personalised lettering. Told to send them back, nice. Total amatuers don't waste your money

Order took a very long time to come and when it did several items broken. No point in contacting as sent several emails and text messages and got one reply! Poor communication and bad customer service. I do not recommend at all

I ordered from Debra Allon on 8 May 2022. No delivery after I received dispatched notice on 15 May 2022. Emails to both contact email addresses for Ms Allon on 20 May 2022 and 1 June 2022 have not been replied to. Ms Allon replied to a friend's recent sales enquiry so Ms Allon is deliberately ignoring complaint messages. This company, I believe, is now fraudulently taking money from customers and not supplying the promised items. Next step is commencing civil recovery via the Court. Ordered items in November in plenty of time for Christmas. Had emails saying been delayed and delayed. Finally received email mid December saying being sent the following week - still nothing. Ignoring all emails, online chats and phone calls. Reported to groupon and PayPal who are also unable to contact. Stay well clear of this company. Am in the process of reporting to Trading Standards

Ordered and paid for 3 boxes of bath bombs, no reply to emails or phone call. I would have liked to receive the product, see they are still doing offers on groupon
