        Update I was asked to email my concerns and order number which I did and didn't get a response. Disappointed with the quality of the die cut toppers. Very hard to pop out which caused tearing. Purchased a collection for our 35 not enough leaves to make full use of the kit. Poor value for money in terms of embellishments. The card cracks on scoring and folding. I've been card making for 20 years and the quality of the card is poor shame because the artwork is stunning. The last couple of months I've bought quite a lot of products but customer service is a let down.

        Has anyone purchased the Christmas die cut collection11 DCD587. I think they are printed on very flimsy cheap supposedly card. I am finding it difficult to push them through even though I have run scissors along the lines they are just ripping so I am having to cut most of the elements out which is taking time. Quite disgusted
