        I was recommended to come here, Turned up, sales counter was shut due to the "Covid-19" So I called asking for help to identify a bolt I need renewing, was quite bluntly told I need to know what I'm ordering as they only accept online orders... I asked is there anywhere else that sells nuts and blots.... Again quite bluntly told they didn't know anywhere else..... My phone call lasted 32 seconds..... So take what you want from that, I don't think they wanted to help me at all...... I appreciate things are different nowadays but turning away customers before they can be customers will definitely help you through a pandemic!

        Great shop if you need nuts and bolts for a job or if you are doing a job and have stripped a screwhead they will help you out. Also very friendly and helpful staff and a wide selection of nuts, bolts, washers and screws with great prices.
