        Order a 20 butterfly reward chart and it fell apart before I could assemble it,was told to purchase another part. Dont no why I didnt go with the cheaper options on eBay. Which I would advise you to do.. That way if the customer service is any thing like acrylic crafts you would have PayPal to fall back on..

        Excellent products and customer service. I actually made a mistake on my order and it was quickly and easily rectified even though it was my fault. The products are great and my customers are over the moon with them.

        We have been trying to contact this company for a fair while now. We have sent several emails and when these were not answered we contacted them via Facebook and they kindly explained how to request a quote for an order. We created an account and submitted a request and are waiting to hear back. Upon checking their Facebook page it appears others have used the contact form and according to the company they haven't received the contact from other people. We really wanted to work with these guys as part of our wedding business but it appears they do not wish to work with us as I find it quite unbelievable that the numerous attempts we have made to communicate with them have all "not been received". If there is a problem with the contact us form then perhaps this needs to be addressed?
