It's absolutely rubbish. I took my one year old and all the baby stuff was broken, had no batteries in, they didn't even have a ball pit, I mean come on a soft play with no ball pit and it's over priced 5 for a a 1 year old waste of money

Wasn't very impressed with the managers attitude towards my 11 year old son at all. We took our 17 month old baby and my 11 year old was watching him in the soft play area, the manager came over and told him he wasn't allowed in the play area, he told her he was just watching his little brother and her reply was that she wasn't bothered. I can respect the rules that he isn't allowed in in there due to insurance purposes but should not be talking to a child like that. My partner goes here regularly but won't be visiting again.

Won't recommend here at all absolutely disgusting had my daughters 1st birthday party here thought it would be nice but first thing is the staff are so rude and the owner or manger is the most disrespectful person I've ever met I was busy setting the room up which on the website is nothing like what they show another family member was taking my daughter when the manager am guessing told my family member to get away from the soft play as she wasn't 18 and wasn't aloud to take my daughter on the soft play which when I confronted her about it all I got was a load of cheek second thing is they don't even let the kids eat they were urrying everyone out because privet parties are more important than anything else thirdly the prices are way to over priced but I think the most disgusting thing was one of the kids gave another little girl thier balloon and the manger snatched the balloon out the kids hand so over all for over 100 for just 2 hours I will not be coming back here and I wouldn't waist money on this place as its not worth the stress and time
