I was introduced to Howe Consultancy towards the end of 2016 as I needed to review the contracts of my employees. I met with Joanne who guided me through all the latest legislation in terms I could understand. What I thought would be a daunting experience was rather educational and reassuring. I now know that my staff handbook is up to date and will be updated when things change. I am fully protected against staff issues and advice is only a phone call away

Joanne has helped with our contracts, HR headaches, and general HR policies. I cant thank her enough and its a great help for small companies like ourselves who cant afford to hire staff in HR to have Joanne there as a helping hand whenever we need her. Absolutely invaluable.
