    My step daughter rang today 05/06/17 and informed the gentlemen in the call centre that she had been given a house in blyth and when she switched the heating on it did not work as the gas was capped.( cut off when last tenant moved out) she was not informed of this by the lady showing her the house, my poor review is the very unhelpful person in the call centre who said it's 48 hours to wait and you will just have to be in won't you. Places for people should be ashamed for treating their customers in this disrespectful manner.
