First of all people please ignore the reviews because they are old and the property was with previous management team, Now rosebank is managed by new team known as Comfy stays by Nick and they are the best. I have stayed in this property for almost 5months, it was a long stay with small issues which was sorted quickly there is no doubt to refer this property. Nick and his team are just one phone call or a message away, they are so prompt and kind in nature to assist the guest. Let me start with the property, its a very beautiful property consists of 8 rooms and 1 apartment, its very easy to access the property and individual rooms, there are instructions given while you make a booking, with codes for accessing and also instructions posted at the entrance of the property main door. The property is 5mins by walk from beach and kids amusement park, there are a lot of options of restaurants and pubs near to the property, parking is available right in front of the door. I stayed at the apartment, its a nice cute apartment which consists of one bedroom, living room and a kitchen, theres another room which is kind of open room and has a sofa which becomes a single bed, so its perfect for a family. The apartment also has a cot for a baby but that needs to be assembled when it is required. Nicely decorated and kitchen has everything you need. My advice is please dont bother about the negative comments as they are from old management team, and go for the experience that I had, Happy Holidays guys ! Impossible to get in touch with the mobile on the site, asked to pay another 150.00 by email only once i had already booked and paid for the accomodation, so i couldn't cancel and had to pay the difference. I booked through booking.com couldn't gain entry had to ring booking.com three times to try and get room entry, and booking.com aren't the easiest to contact. eventually we got into our room, once we did get entry the room hadn't been cleaned, sheets were messy and blood stains, bottles and bags still in the room everything dirty. i told the owner i wasn't prepared to stay there, 15 minutes later they got back to me and told me to go to room 2, by this time i had left, now they are not only keeping the 10 days booking hire they will not refund even though we have not spent 1 night in this accomodation. booking.com said they followed the correct procedures. I could have cancelled myself last night and only lost 1 nights money but booking.com said they were dealing with it, now i have lost 10 nights money as can't cancel at all now. absolutely shocking service. I am still fighting this as dont think i should have to pay anything

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION. Booked and paid for 2 rooms for 1 night on 7th Jun, but on arrival, all locked up and no one there. Contacted booking.com who tried to contact owners but no luck. Suggested we try & book Clifton Hotel next door. Weren't disappointed, beautiful hotel and staff were excellent. Lost 2 hours of our stay trying to sort out alternative accommodation but in the end, we had an enjoyable stay, thanks to the Clifton

Let me start with the property, its a very beautiful property consists of 8 rooms and 1 apartment, its very easy to access the property and individual rooms, there are instructions given while you make a booking, with codes for accessing and also instructions posted at the entrance of the property main door.
