DNA have ruined what should have been and exciting and joyful time. This company have completed work to a dangerous standard, taken money without providing the service and damaged my drive which they promised to protect. A job he said would take 16 weeks is now still ongoing a year later, thanks to the company. We are now trying to fix the issues he has caused. This company never turned up to the job and perhaps did two weeks worth of work in 6 months time- all to an unsafe and almost unusable standard. This has been one of the worst experiences of my entire life and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please avoid. Service: Home renovations

The inevitable legal case awaits waiting for the council to prosecute for failing to conform to building regs. They talk a good game prior to work starting but dont be fooled. A complete bunch of cowboys. They are messy. Ill equipped and lacking care and even the basic skills to complete work even satisfactorily. Which builder does not have a competent brick layer ? Do yourself a favour and go nowhere near them. After contacting Michael Ahmed, a weekend morning survey was arranged at my convenience. He was both informed and thorough at every step of the way. From there the works were agreed and started within 3 days. The materials used were of the highest quality and I couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship. DNA's staff were polite, courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. They removed all existing timber and cleared up after themselves wonderfully. I can't praise DNA Home Improvements enough for the job. It is hard to find a reliable quality builder, even rarer to find one that provides it at an great price.
