        Another lovely cut and highlights with Sam. I would highly recommend Nevaeh hair salon the girls are so friendly and make you feel so at ease . Won't go anywhere else now thanks Sam x

        I was really looking forward to trying this salon due to their great reviews, however my experience was awful. The lack of communication was ridiculous. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, it was clearly busy as I arrived so I stood waiting for a while. Eventually after 45 minutes I was approached by a member of staff who gave me a gown and asked who I was here to see, to which she then sat me at a station and told me the lady who was going to do my hair wouldnt be long. So again I sat waiting, and then as more time passed I see the lady who was going to do my hair starting on somebody else who arrived AFTER me. I had enough by this point as I had been sat there for one hour. Totally unacceptable, I still cant believe it. I left without my hair being done. Fair to say I wont be back! Service: Hairstyling
