we had the coop do dads and mams funeral and both times had perfect service. Gill Martin, Jade, Sue and Lynn managed every aspect and made sure the family was well informed at every stage of what was happening. their drivers and cars are immaculate and the whole team show a personal respect as if they are part of your family .

I do not recommend due to the manager dawn. Losing my daughter was haRd enough without her calling social and police and bringing them to my daughters resting place all because a known baby charity took a photo of my daughter for a keepsake for me. I also had chance to have her feet put in clay from for louis charity but didn't as she didnt agree and I feared being reported again. Well social took your statement all way to court and I won. Now I'll be taking further. How she is still working there is beyond me.losing a child is soul destroying and she let her own opinions and views take over and not stepping back and being professional as she has no clue. Even telling me I looked rough and should go doctors . I just watched my little girl die. Has to be said though that the other staff where amazing my director Tracy and the others who cared for her and me through all of that where amazing. Dawn is insensitive and self absorbed telling me how amazing her daughter is as I bury mine. Telling me what I should and shouldn't have. Bringing police and sw to where my girl was and much more and I will be sharing the messages. I do not reccomend this heartless company whos director seen what she did and did nothing. I now don't have those keepsakes and horrible memories. You are meant to make it easier for families. And also talking about me to others is so unprofessional. I'm glad you don't know this pain. She is not what a funeral home should have to represent them
