I received a first class service from all staff at Tynedale Family Funeral Directors, especially Jack who was absolutely brilliant at a very upsetting time for me. He was professional, compassionate, sympathetic and led me in the right direction every step of the way from his first visit, up to and after my husbands funeral. We chose Tynedale Funerals following the death of our mother Mary Peel. Mark and the staff were everything we could have wished for and more. You can tell it's a family business from the moment you walk in, there is a warmth and sincerity, coupled with an abundance of empathy. At no point did we feel there was any type of sales pitch, just honest advice and support. All of the details were checked the day before the funeral, putting our minds at rest. Fantastic service. Really friendly, kind and compassionate staff. They have cared for my late nana in a wonderful and caring manner. Everything was taken care of and our family has been supported every step of the way. It Was a privilege to be very well looked after by then.
