        Having to wait almost 1 hour to get an answer from the receptionist. Absolutely disgusting and should be shut down. Dont go with these doctors.

        Absolutely rubbish way of making an appointment now, if i phone later in the day they won't make an appointment, and having to explain your problem before you are actually seen is a disgrace, not everyone wants to tell everyone what's wrong, just their doctor

        The practise is borderline incompetent. So many cock~ups by the uninterested receptionist staff. We've filed complaints to the health authority. Will be changing to a competent and caring practise in the local area. Would give it -1star! -*
