Put in my new patient registration form and was told it could take a couple of weeks. Chased it up after the two weeks to be told it was likely to be three to four weeks. No progress after three weeks so tried again after four and pushed for the reason for the delays. Now told it could be another two weeks, excuses made that there had been a high number of applications. Rang another surgery and was told they would have me processed in 48 hours at most, which they easily did. Cancelled application with Ravensworth. How bad must the practice be day to day if they can't even process new patients. They need to look for another practice Manager who can do the job we are all paying for.

The reception staff are great. Doctors are equally detailed in explaining things.

I speak as I find and I've been with this surgery almost a year and I can honestly say they have been great when I've needed them for my little girl, very helpful and the doctors have been very thorough.
