Over time Ive had dealings with Kim, Bev and Craig, at all times worked professionally and timely on every occasion. I would highly recommend this firm of solicitors.

Never ever think of going to these guys. I have horrible experience with them . I was buying a house and needed to beg for any updates from my solicitor and many of times he responded rudely ( no professionalism) I felt I was their employee and he was running a corporate office and selling plastic bottles. They took over 6 months and no development was made. I went to other solicitor who did an absolutely wonderful job and very responsive . Hannays solicitors an absolute shame for the service.

Immeasurable incompetence. We engaged Hannays for the conveyance of our new house at the start of 2022 in an easy, no chain purchase. Unfortunately it took them 9 months to complete the purchase, although the sellers solicitors were the target of blame. Considering that during this 9 months, I called many times and never actually got to speak to the solicitor, nor did she ever return my calls, I think it's fair to assume that a lot of the blame probably lies at Hannay's door. There were many mistakes in the paperwork and she didn't even realise that the garden hadn't been included in the sale. Rather embarrassing when the sellers solicitor pointed out how embarrassed they'd feel about making that big of a mistake. No apology, no accountability, all someone elses fault, now all my problem to deal with. Avoid this company at all costs, maybe learn to be a solicitor yourself, it'd probably be less stressful than dealing with this bunch of incompetent clowns.
