Ive used many phone shops across South-Shields & seen this had opened quite recently so thought Id give it a try as i needed a new mobile phone so purchased an iPhone 11 Pro alongside an iPad had no issues with the IPad but the mobile phone was clearly a refurbished one since purchasing the mobile its had constant issues overheating and suddenly turning off after having a good charge so i decided to take it to a different shop and get it a new battery as i didnt wanna take it back to the same knowing Id just wasted 300 on a dodgey mobile and the fact they sell untrusted items to there customers had me frustrated after having a new battery that cost me another 70 at a different shop the phone still had problems in regards to it turning itself off all of a sudden so rang apple & they said to give them a call back were I purchased the phone however i dont usually keep onto my receipts and the man who answered the phone was pretty much rude i payed for 2 items on the same day so they will have me on camera buying them and may remember my face and refuse to help resolve the problems with there unreliable items they sold me so i feel leaving this review is totally necessary to help & protect any other people from the same risks with items from that shop.

I had dropped my phone and smashed all the screen. It was on a Sunday afternoon. I seen these were open and I went down and my phone was fixed within 45 minutes. And the price was affordable. The staff were so helpful. I would highly recommend

I could not be happier with the service provided. Took my wife's phone in to replace the charging port, after Samsung damaged it when repairing the screen and wouldn't take responsibility for it. They sorted it in a day. The work was outstanding - with no indication that there has even been a repair - and very reasonably priced (about a third of what Samsung charge for repairs).
