Avoid this place at all costs , ordered food from here , delivery driver can't even use a sat nav , then calls his shop to accuse me of lying about where i live , phoned then shop who then asked me to cancel it on online , as they didn't know how to , driver then turns up and starts with an attitude towards myalef because he couldn't find he was told to leave and the shop couldn't be bothered about his behave raging is in an understatement

Ordered food on their app for it to arrive at 20.20 it turns up at 18.30 I had gotten an email saying it would arrive at the wrong time tried to call from 17.45 phone continuously engaged told driver it was ordered for 20.20 he walked off tried calling right up to 20.45 still engaged food turned up at 21.00 noodles not even cooked see picture tried to call and yes you guessed it phone still engaged keep away a total disgrace rest of food was obviously just reheated would never use again

Terrible customer service Friday 11th November After waiting over 2 hours for my delivery. I was told I have to eat the freezing cold food that had been walking around the streets with the rude delivery driver . The driver had rang trying to find the property so my husband went out to look for him 20 minutes later no driver bo food so i call the shop only to be refused to make a fresh order for me . The delivery driver had such a bad attitude on the phone to me then had the nerve to hang up the phone After spending 40 and having hunger children and friends to Freed we offerd to go to the store and collect it in person saying the driver couldn't fine the property only to be told they would call the police if we tried to collect in person !!!!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. So no delivery , no refund nothing and we were made out to be criminals just for offering to collect in person . I ended up having to reorder from another take out sea view amd spend another 40 . Terrible customer service The poor owner/manager probably has no Idea what his staff and drivers are like when he's not there
