I recently asked Michael to provide a level two home buyers survey for the property Im looking to purchase and was amazed by the service he provided! The timescale from my initial enquiry with him to receiving the full report was 5 days (other companies had quoted me two weeks before they could even attend the property, never mind produce the report!). He has many years experience and that is apparent in the very thorough report. He also went above and beyond during the survey, spending considerable time at the property and checking aspects of it that other surveyors may have deemed inaccessible, such as hard to reach loft space. He also kindly guided me through the report and explained things in simple terms, making it as easy as possible for me to understand. Fantastic customer service, and all at very competitive prices! I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a surveyor!

Professional, thorough survey carried out on my new house, got back in touch when he said he would, and was happy for me to contact him again with additional questions. Michael has done 2 home surveys for me. I've been very happy with the service. Michael was prompt in replying and easy to communicate with. Surveys were very thorough. Competitive fees. Can highly recommend.

Following a recommendation from my Mortgage Advisor, I recently chose to appoint Michael to complete my Homebuyers Survey (Level 2) for the purchase of my first home. I originally contacted him on 13/12/2021 following review of his services on his website and within 7 days he had completed the necessary paperwork and arranged to collect the keys from the Estate Agent to complete the survey on 20/12/2021. I am beyond impressed with the sheer professionalism, efficiency and thoroughness of the report received which has completely put my mind at ease for my recent home purchase. Not only are his fees competitive, the service he provides is worth a lot more! It is evident that Michael is a leader within his field and this is certainly reflected within the content of the report. He uses a traffic light system within the report to indicate the urgency of matters which is easy to follow. He also provides his overall opinion on the property along with recommendations throughout. I note, the 71 page report was drafted, finalised and sent to me all within 24 hours of the survey being completed! One happy customer, thanks again Michael!
