        Booked an appointment for 9am on the 2nd May. Got there 10 minutes early and parked around the corner. Shutters were down at 9am. Checked again at 09:06 and were still down. I cancelled the appointment on booksy and left. Not the way to run a business. They could have rang me to let me know if they were running late. Waisted time.

        Butcherd my kids hair again, asked for a dry cut for my child as he has a "cows lick" at the front. Barber wet hair and began cutting. Now having to grow it out again after the same happened 3 month prior. Disappointed as the usual lad is lovely but the last 2 times he's not been in. Poor kids stuck with wonky hair for the next few months. Please listen to customer requests
