        poor waiting time for gp appointment ,although this seems to be the norm across the country.Phone system down !!! when phoning at 8 am.

        As someone who was rejected in Scotland for private abortion care, I had to drive three hours to South Shields, and the staff made the trip worth it. I felt at-ease and comforted, and I know it was meant to be that I met them. Thank you so so much for your care. X

        It's very clean, it has lifts to each floor, very friendly staff. You can even go in the main entrance and have a seat in a lovely, comfortable area.

        Been for my diabetic annual review and was seen almost instantly on time. Very clean, the staff were lovely people. Best hospital ive been to.
