        I am only giving 1 star as there is not an option for 0 stars. Nathan Brown has been my sales representative. Terrible service. Communication is non existent. Ive dealt with his manager who was nice. Will now take my business elsewhere.

        The service yet again by City-gates Ruislip was completely unsatisfactory. I went to hand my car over for its check, which is paid for, and first time there was no courtesy car, which is paid for and agreed, and therefore could not leave my car. Then when I went again, there was NO courtesy car, despite being agreed. Eventually there got me a courtesy car ( which smelt of weed) and then insisted I filled it with 30 worth of petrol. So when I returned it the next day, there was still 20 petrol left in tank. Further as compensation for not having a courtesy car available for my first visit, there agreed my own car would be given an executive valet. However when I collected my car, they had not even cleaned the inside. I honestly could not recommend them to anyone.
