All I can say is thank you. We very sadly had to put our beloved cat down yesterday and the care, love and attention shown to him and us was second to none! We were given all the time we needed to say goodbye, no one rushed us even though the shop had closed long before we left. The staff were compassionate, caring and understanding. Comforted us and our children with words of assurance and hugs. Thank you again.we will be forever grateful for the care you showed us and our beloved family member Tom.x
