        Location is terrible,industrial estate people everywhere on entrance,shockingly small service lounge ,not what you expect from BMW on the plus side Jason gave great customer service. Car was completed very late in the day ,to the point i collected car after closing.

        I needed replacement parts for my Mini Clubman and the service couldn't have been better! The parts arrived the day following order and the man who helped me (Dominic) went above and beyond. Helping with advice on the parts/paint I had ordered and checking out concerns I had about after market installations. I live 100 miles from this dealership/service centre but will ensure I'm back for the service and MOT in November. Barons gets a resounding 5 stars for speed, quality and service from me.
