We had a macerator pack up on us and a flooded toilet. In a panic, I searched for a local tradesman on Google and that's how I found Tony. Tony responded the same day, was really transparent regarding pricing and communication was efficient through a WhatsApp sharing of pictures. We booked a time in for him to come and he got it done - he was extremely professional, very helpful and friendly and he did a great job! Messaged Tony late one evening after discovering a toilet leak, after a few texts & photos he gave me a price & made an appointment for the following morning, he arrived earlier than I expected & sorted the problem within a couple of hours for the price I was quoted. Very highly recommended. Tony is very reliable, helpful and knowledgable. He came up with a solution to replace my shower without having to break the tiles. He also found me a brand new shower which was cheaper than the cost of the replacement parts quoted by a plumbers merchant. I also had a burst pipe and he called less than half an hour after receiving my call to stop the water. His work is very neat and tidy and he turns up when he says he is going to.
